The French car manufacturer will also hop onto the electric car bandwagon in India with its Zoe. This particular car is Renault's one of the most successful electric vehicles in the European market, and thus, plans to release it in opportunistic markets like India. The Renault Zoe is said to offer a range of up to 390 kilometres on a single charge via its rumoured 52kWh battery pack.

Renault is set to grab its share in the EV market in India through its Renault Zoe and will be positioning it as a semi-premium vehicle. The upcoming electric car in India will allegedly packed in a 52 kWh lithium-ion battery that could last for about 400km on a single run and can be quickly topped up to 80 percent in 65 minutes via the DC fast charger. The Zoe can accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds, per reports.
